The system is a high-efficiency and reliable mechanical oil production equipment, widely used in the development of petroleum, natural gas and geothermal energy. It mainly consists of surface drive head, wellhead device, sucker rod string, downhole progressing cavity pump and matching pipe string. The surface drive unit provides rotational power and transmits torque to the downhole pump through the sucker rod, realizing gradual lifting of fluid.




It can handle fluids with a wide viscosity range (such as crude oil, polymer solution) and has high tolerance to sand-bearing and gas-bearing working conditions. Its structure can buffer sand impact, and the screw propulsion design can automatically vent gas to prevent gas locking, ensuring continuous operation under complex working conditions.

The system realizes smooth fluid lifting through continuous transmission, avoiding pressure shock and flow fluctuation of traditional reciprocating pumps. Its stroke-free switching design reduces repeated impact of mechanical inertia on equipment, significantly lowers fatigue damage of sucker rods, downhole pumps and other components, and prolongs service life.

With flexible sucker rod and modular downhole pump design, the system can flexibly adapt to different well trajectories such as vertical wells, deviated wells and horizontal wells. Pump setting depth can be optimized by adjusting pipe string running depth, suitable for vertical, deviated and horizontal wells.
