To maintain oil well operation and improve operational efficiency, we have designed a monitoring and control system specifically for PCP drive units. Using IIoT technology, it provides real-time monitoring and timely alarms, helping you proactively solve problems.
The control system adopts a structure that separates high-voltage and low-voltage circuits, with electrical isolation to eliminate interference. The controller manages the main control unit via terminals or communication, driving the motor to operate, which in turn powers the oil extraction equipment for oil production.
The strong and weak electrical separation design effectively eliminates interference and prevents harmonic interference from affecting control performance. A separate braking resistor design is adopted to reduce the impact of heat generated by braking on the control cabinet. The system is constructed from carbon steel or stainless steel with an IP55 protection rating, making it suitable for harsh environments such as sandstorms or tidal flats.
Actively releases the reverse motion energy of the sucker rod when shutting down to prevent the sucker rod from reversing and tripping.
The control system is equipped with functions including trend chart diagnostics, trend chart production, intelligent control, and intelligent intermittent pumping.


Real-time adjustment of oil extraction speed. When the machine stops, the control system intelligently prevents reverse rotation and slowly releases the PCP reverse kinetic energy.
Customers can integrate third-party control strategies as needed. The system is compatible with the Modbus protocol.
Using IIoT technology, oil well status can be accessed and viewed in real time through computers and mobile clients.
Automatically adjusts speed to adapt to changes in the oil well fluid level. Changes in oil well status are analyzed and alarmed in a timely manner.
