Semi-direct Drive Beam Pumping Unit

Semi-direct Drive Beam Pumping Unit

Beam pumping units are currently one of the main types of pumping equipment used in oil fields. The units produced by our company feature mature technology, with technical parameters that meet industry standards and API specifications. They are suitable for various climatic conditions and operational scenarios, and can also be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements. The semi-direct drive permanent magnet motor drives the walking beam pump, eliminating low-efficiency belt transmission for energy-saving and efficient operation.

    Features

The semi-direct drive walking beam pumping unit adopts a stable derrick-type or three-legged support structure and relies on a crank-connecting rod-walking beam mechanism to achieve motion conversion. A permanent magnet motor serves as the power source, directly driving the reducer to decelerate and increase torque, which then drives the crank to rotate. The connecting rod pushes the walking beam to swing back and forth around the support axis, causing the horse head to move up and down with the beam. This drives the downhole sucker rod string and pump plunger to complete the suction cycle, lifting crude oil from the formation to the surface.

Transmission is Simple and Structure is Safe

Eliminates the belt transmission link, simplifies the system structure, and improves production efficiency.

    Flexible Drive, Low Failure Rate

The motor's flexible variable speed drive adapts to load changes. Full-time tracking control provides power on demand, with high overload capacity. The energy-saving rate is more than 15% higher than similar products, while system efficiency improvement exceeds 5% compared to similar products.

Permanent Magnet Frequency Conversion, Energy-Saving and Efficient

Simplifies the system structure and uses frequency conversion control for permanent magnet motors, achieving an energy-saving effect of approximately 10%.

    Intelligent Control, Smart Oil Extraction

The control system is equipped with functions such as dynamometer card diagnosis, dynamometer card production, intelligent control, intelligent intermittent pumping, and intelligent hovering.
