Motor Reversing Pumping Unit

The motor reversing pumping unit is an electronically controlled reversing blue elephant .It applies variable frequency control technology for permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) to achieve automatic speed regulation, forward/reverse rotation (reversible operation), and intelligent operation of the motor. This simplifies the transmission mechanism, provides the pumping unit with superior performance and more reliable operation, and makes it a typical high-performance mechatronics integrated product.

    Structural Features

    It adopts a stable tower-type structure. AC variable frequency technology is used to control the permanent magnet synchronous motor to drive the drum in forward and reverse rotation. Under mutual friction, the load belt wrapped around the drum converts the drum's forward and reverse rotation into the vertical reciprocating motion of the load belt. One end of the load belt is connected to the counterweight box, and the other end is connected to the polished rod, thereby driving the polished rod in a reciprocating up-and-down motion to achieve the swabbing of fluid by the sucker rod pump.

    Symmetric Counterbalancing
