The motor reversing pumping unit is an electronically controlled reversing blue elephant .It applies variable frequency control technology for permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) to achieve automatic speed regulation, forward/reverse rotation (reversible operation), and intelligent operation of the motor. This simplifies the transmission mechanism, provides the pumping unit with superior performance and more reliable operation, and makes it a typical high-performance mechatronics integrated product.
It adopts a stable tower-type structure. AC variable frequency technology is used to control the permanent magnet synchronous motor to drive the drum in forward and reverse rotation. Under mutual friction, the load belt wrapped around the drum converts the drum's forward and reverse rotation into the vertical reciprocating motion of the load belt. One end of the load belt is connected to the counterweight box, and the other end is connected to the polished rod, thereby driving the polished rod in a reciprocating up-and-down motion to achieve the swabbing of fluid by the sucker rod pump.
By eliminating the gear reducer, mechanical commutation mechanism, and other components, it features fewer transmission links, high efficiency, low operating noise, and reduced maintenance workload.
It utilizes gravity symmetric counterbalancing. The counterweight box is equipped with a counterbalance cavity, allowing balance adjustment by adding or removing counterweights, which yields better balancing performance.
The folding structure allows for 95% of the assembly work to be completed before leaving the factory, making on-site installation much more convenient.

It adopts an intelligent control system for convenient parameter adjustment. The stroke and pumping speed can be arbitrarily adjusted within their ranges, and the upstroke and downstroke speeds can be set independently. It demonstrates significant energy-saving and efficiency-enhancing effects in heavy oil wells and fluid-deficient wells, effectively improving pump efficiency and enhancing oil recovery efficiency.
Adopting a low-speed high-torque permanent magnet motor and variable frequency control technology, it features fewer transmission links and high operating efficiency. The energy-saving effect is remarkable, achieving comprehensive power savings of 20% to 45%.
The low-speed high-torque permanent magnet motor drives the drum to rotate through synchronous belt transmission. Without a gear reducer structure, the entire unit operates smoothly with low noise.
Equipped with its own skidding mechanism, unit moving for wellhead clearance is convenient and fast, requiring no hoisting or working at heights during the skidding process.
Without a gear reducer or chain transmission structure, it operates with low noise and eliminates the risk of lubricating oil leakage.
