To ensure stable oil well operation and improve operational efficiency, we have designed control systems tailored for long-stroke pumping units, motor-reversing pumping units, beam pumping units, and semi-direct drive pumping units. Based on IIoT technology, these systems provide real-time monitoring and timely alerts, helping you proactively identify and address potential issues. Furthermore, our controllers optimize the control process, delivering industry-leading precision and thorough control in both fixed-speed and variable-speed versions.
The control system adopts a separate structure for high-voltage and low-voltage circuits with electrical isolation to eliminate interference. The controller manages the main control unit via terminals or communication, driving the motor to operate, which in turn powers the oil extraction equipment for production.
The separation of high-voltage and low-voltage circuits effectively eliminates interference, preventing harmonics from affecting control performance.
For oil wells with significant operational state changes where motor reverse generation is prone to occur, a split design with a braking resistor is adopted. This reduces the impact of heat generated during braking on the control cabinet.
Constructed from carbon steel or stainless steel with an IP55 protection rating, making it suitable for harsh environments such as sandstorms and tidal flats.

Adjusts the oil extraction speed in real time, providing rapid response and protection against issues caused by pump-off or short strokes in the well.
Allows clients to integrate third-party control strategies as needed and is compatible with the Modbus protocol.
Using IIoT technology, the status of oil wells can be accessed and viewed in real time via computers and mobile clients.
Automatically adjusts speed to adapt to changes in the well's fluid level and operating conditions, while also analyzing alarms in a timely manner.
Equipped with wireless transmission and remote control capabilities, this system enables real-time monitoring of oil well conditions from any remote location.
Stroke protection allows separate adjustment of the upstroke and downstroke speeds of the pumpjack, providing continuous stroke control and enhanced operational flexibility.
Parameter adjustment is convenient. Stroke length and stroke count can be adjusted freely within the operational range, with the number of upstrokes and downstrokes set separately. This system is particularly effective in saving energy and improving efficiency in heavy oil wells and wells with insufficient fluid supply, effectively optimizing pump efficiency and increasing oil recovery.
