Recently, the company and Shandong University of Technology jointly applied for the project of high-efficiency precision grinding equipment and key processing technology and application for the inner tooth surface of the through type centerless support, which won the second prize of Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.

The company has improved the manufacturing level of gearboxes and significantly enhanced the working stability of pumping units based on the high-efficiency precision grinding equipment and intelligent processing technology developed by Shandong University of Technology, including internal tooth surface grinding machines, constant force machining adjustment devices, intelligent automatic alignment clamping devices, and high-efficiency precision machining processes. By adopting Hengli machining technology, the machining quality stability of key components such as valve seats, gearboxes, and shaft valves has been improved, with machining efficiency increased by more than 10% and machining costs reduced. This has also enhanced the company's research and development level of oil extraction equipment and improved the market competitiveness of its products.
