On January 26th, the company held a 2026 work meeting in the conference room on the second floor of the headquarters, summarizing various work for 2025 and arranging and deploying work for 2026. A total of 60 members of the company's leadership team, heads of various subsidiaries, heads of departments and offices at the headquarters, and various advanced representatives attended the meeting.

The meeting began with the solemn national anthem. The meeting first reported the company's production and operation in 2025 and work arrangement in 2026, and awarded prizes to the civilized construction exemplary organization, advanced departments, technology experts, technology experts, sales experts, and sales advanced teams. Subsequently, 8 operating units and 6 headquarters centers respectively signed contract agreements. During the meeting, production and operation units such as Huisen Company, Special Operations Company, High Efficiency Pump Project Team, Haitai Company, Drilling Machine Manufacturing Plant, Sales Company, and Steel Pipe Company made statements. Song Qiang, Bo Yanchao, and Wang Jifei respectively represented the sales teams of Haitai Company, Steel Pipe Company, and Special Operations Company to give typical speeches.

At the end of the meeting, the company's Party Secretary and Chairman delivered important speeches. In 2025, we have united and worked hard, achieving good business performance. The overall business situation is optimistic and full of hope. After analyzing the overall development situation of the petroleum equipment industry, we require the company to focus on the following three aspects in 2026: first, to make every effort to do a good job in sales. Sales is the "leader" of enterprise development, and "the fragrance of wine is afraid of deep alleys". No matter how good the product or how strong the production capacity is, without strong sales support, it cannot be transformed into tangible business results. The second is to increase the research and development of technological innovation products, do a good job in upgrading and series expansion of old products, enhance product market coverage and core competitiveness, and help the company become stronger and bigger. The third is to further strengthen internal control, focusing on controlling product quality, ERP work, and other aspects, effectively reducing management costs and improving operational efficiency.

At the same time, the company has also put forward requirements for leaders at all levels, requiring all cadres and employees to: firstly, unite and cooperate, improve the cohesion of the company, form complementary advantages, and enhance overall synergy.
