The first offshore mobile multifunctional measure platform, "Zengchan No.1" (Offshore Oil 283), independently designed and constructed by China, has been officially delivered in Qingdao, Shandong.

The platform is a four legged self elevating platform with a total weight of over 7300 tons. It integrates multiple oilfield production functions such as acidification, fracturing, and heavy oil thermal recovery, and is equipped with an AI intelligent large model to achieve all-weather safety monitoring. Its "mobile+modular" design allows for flexible movement between different oil fields, providing a new "offshore mobile operation center" solution for efficient development of old offshore oil fields, marking a major breakthrough in China's intelligent equipment field for offshore oil and gas.
